Do you know Shirataki Noodles? It’s origin is from Japan. The words shirataki means white waterfall and made from konjac plant. This noodle has attract many people because it is quite good for our body. Well, as you know, there’re not many healthy foods nowadays. It’s low carbohydrate, low calorie and no gluten; which make this noodle  useful for those on low-carbohydrate diets. This noodle contain a large mount of water and glucomannan and a water-soluble dietary fiber.

This noodle is a little bit rubbery for eat, but you can reduce it by boiling it in a shorter period. You can also add tofu while eating this noodle. It will make a tamer texture to this noodle. This noodle is packaged in liquid, so they are ready to eat out of the package. You just need to rinse it under a hot or boiling water then you can add them to the dish you’ll eat. By the way, you can find 3 varieties shape of this noodle; spaghetti, fettuccine and angel hair. If you wanna buy this noodle, you can find it in an Asian grocery.
